A man who tried to sell an anti-impotence drug in the city was sentenced to four months in jail for selling an erectile dysfunction drug after the man got caught with it.
The man, who was only 22, pleaded guilty to four charges in a Birmingham jail court to selling the erectile dysfunction drug, Pfizer’s erectile dysfunction drug, Viagra. He was also sentenced to a total of four months in prison.
The man, who had been taking the drug for four years, was arrested and handed to Birmingham crown court on Tuesday. His defense attorney, John Geddes, said the man was already on a “high” of 18-year prison terms.
“The man was just a drug dealer who had a drug problem,” said the defense attorney. “But he was just a very young guy with a very high drug problem.”
Geddes said the man would only get the drug to treat the man’s condition with the help of a doctor and would be monitored while he took it.
The doctor prescribed the drug to treat a man with hypoactive sexual desire disorder, or HSDD.
The man had been taking the drug for four years before the pill was approved by the FDA, which approved the drug in 2003.
Geddes said his client’s doctor prescribed it and it was prescribed to him by a drug company. He was then monitored by a doctor and prescribed the drug for him.
The man is currently serving a 20-year prison term. Geddes said the man will not be sentenced until the judge approves his case.
The trial is set to begin at 2:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
The trial is set to take place in the Birmingham Crown Court.

The trial will run from February 5 to 6 and will last approximately four hours.

“I was very surprised that the court system would allow this man to come to court and get an opportunity to get this drug, which is a very expensive drug,” Geddes said. “Now that he has the opportunity to go to court he will be able to get the drug that is used to treat his condition.”

“I would have to say this is very difficult,” Geddes said.
“I am sure the judge will see to it that this is a very serious case.”

“I was shocked that he would be able to get the drug that is prescribed to him,” Geddes said.

“The court system would not allow it,” Geddes said.
The trial will be scheduled to last approximately four hours.
